We know you can’t wait to get your hands on your new LX outfits. That is why we try our best to pack the orders within 24 hours on a business day. The LUXE HQ processes all orders in AUD. While it displays the currency of your respective country, it will always be checked out in AUD at the most current exchange rate.
Please note:
Once a package leaves our warehouse, we have no control over the delivery times. THE LUXE HQ is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier, public holidays, credit card verification process, delays caused by customs or any other delay outside of our control. If you are not available to accept the package, the courier will assess whether it is safe to leave. If not, a calling card will be left in your letter box detailing the steps for arranging the delivery or picking up the delivery at the local post office.
